WE OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling! Store Credit never expires. We drop new styles twice a week and can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!
HOW DO I START A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Items Not Returnable:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, AND ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
We offer Credit for the Platform you Originally Purchased your Order from. If you Bought Online at www.wightelephant.com or In Our Stores, you will receive Credit to be used at www.wightelephant.com or In-Store. If you Purchased on a Live Sale or through our App, you will receive Credit on your CommentSold Account to be used on a future Live Sale or on our App.If you are Returning In-Store, you will receive a physical Gift Card with the amount on your store credit on it to be used Online or In-Store. If you are Returning Online, an E-Gift Card will be emailed to you within 1-3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our store. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO + WHAT DO I INCLUDE?
136 S Pennsylvania Ave, Greensburg, PA 15601The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
- Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed. Which means that you won't be able to apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
- ALL CLEARANCE IS FINAL SALE
- FINAL SALE & FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- Select Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. These accessories include Hair Accessories, Earrings & Hats.
- Fashion Face Masks are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns Or Exchanges!
- Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website or in-store.
- Store Credit does not expire.
- Afterpay purchases are subject to our standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 14 days of fulfillment.
If you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't completed all of your Afterpay installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the full amount of the item(s) being returned.
- Please Note that Gift Cards, International Orders and Orders that fall below $35 and above $1,500 DO NOT qualify for Afterpay Payments.
