ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Job Description: 

  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Support Sales team
  • Assist with analyzing current fashion trends
  • Handle emails and direct messages to customers and vendors
  • Regular merchandising of storefront
  • Help create and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest
  • Act as our store’s representative

Qualifications:

  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Prior retail experience in sales and/or management
  • Prior store merchandising experience preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion and social media trends
  • Ability to communicate effectively with entire team and customers
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Creative and productive
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE Tuesday - Saturday, approximately 35 hours per week

 

PART-TIME SALES TEAM MEMBER

Job Description: 

  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Help to process new inventory (steam, tag, barcode, etc)
  • Help with maintenance and up-keep of storefront
  • Help create social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest

Qualifications:

  • Clearly and effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion and social media trends preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Creative and productive
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE to work daytime hours & two Saturdays per month
