Private Party Info

FRIDAY (6:30-8:30PM) - $400

for smaller groups

INCLUDED:

  • access to our 1500 sq ft space for two hours
  • (this does not include set up time. Your party host will arrive 90mins prior to your event allowing ample time to set up.)
  • one staff member to assist in set up, event management & tear down
  • faux floral/greenery table runners
  • faux flame candles of various sizes with hurricane candle holders
  • mix of 6ft folding tables with white tablecloths
  • white resin garden chairs with vinyl padded seat
  • private kitchenette with sink, microwave, and apartment sized refrigerator/freezer for storage & setup
  • surround-sound speakers for your event's Spotify music playlist 
  • separate private entrance for caterer
  • all guests get 15% off their retail purchase during the event

 

SATURDAY + SUNDAY (1:00-3:00PM)- $600

INCLUDED:

OPTIONAL ADD ONS:

  • extra hour - Saturday + Sunday only ($100 per hour)
  • head table velvet blush chairs - 8 total ($35)
  • two gold shelved towers for photo displays, favors, drinks, etc. ($50)
  • three bar carts ($35)
  • multiple round cake display stands & 3 tiered dessert stand ($20)
  • coffee bar - includes single serve Keurig coffee variety, cups, creamers, sweeteners, refrigerated bottled water, and sink. ($100)
  • popcorn cart & machine with popcorn, oil, butter topping, cups, and hostess to make and serve for the duration of your event ($175)

 

PLEASE NOTE:

+ You are permitted to bring in any food/non-alcoholic beverages/desserts you would like. Champagne and wine are permitted with a corkage fee of $25.
+ You are permitted to bring in any decorations and balloons you would like. Please note, we do not allow any decor or balloons to be taped or attached to our walls. We recommend A Touch of Klass LLC for balloons and balloon arches.
 
+ An additional cleaning fee of $35 for normal clean up will be included in your final payment. If excessive cleaning of the space is required, an additional cleaning fee will be charged accordingly. 
+ If you are interested in splitting your final payment into several payments, please let us know.

No confetti of any kind is permitted inside our space.
Our space is ADA compliant. 
Free street parking is available in Greensburg during evenings and weekends.
 
Please note that any parties that run more than 25 minutes over will be charged $100 the day of, if you have not already added on the extra hour.

PLEASE NOTE: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your date. We will be in touch shortly after receiving your inquiry to collect payment & discuss further details. You may arrive 1.5 hours before the time of your event to set up any food, decorations, etc. Your party host will assist you with any set up you may need. Your final invoice is due one week prior to your event.
